TATI SO

You have heard “rags to riches” stories. This is not that story.

Tati was born in Seoul to a Korean mom and a white soldier who vanished before she took her first breath. Her grandfather called her a “disgrace” and erased her from the family registry. At the age of five, she slept on a dirt floor in a Texas trailer with no lights or running water. She and her mom sold veggies on the roadside to pay bills. Kids at school cut her long hair because she was poor. Men at work sexually harassed her when she was young in her career.

Tati’s mom taught her two things:

  • God fights for you, even when people do not.
  • Never let them see you cry.

She did not.

Tati was humble in life and work, with no job beneath her. She helped with all job functions, including housekeeping, unloading freight trucks, and refusing advances from flirting, entitled bosses. She worked 16-hour shifts as a single mother while pursuing her higher-level education. She shares how to deal with different characters in your life, such as “the backstabber” and “the fluff-and-stuff” coworkers who try to oppress you. She broke glass ceilings by becoming the first woman in many high-level executive roles at several Fortune 100 companies in supply chain and manufacturing operations. She developed work policies and processes to overcome obstacles in operations. She worked with her community to create better resources and strategies for those in need of literacy support.

Now, she is spilling every secret:

  • How to spot and deal with workplace tyrants. How to deal with these bullies.
  • Why God allows good people to suffer at times, and why you must endure. His plan for you… how to leverage and understand His purpose for your life.
  • The prayers and Bible Scriptures that saved her career (and sanity).

Tati does not do pity. She does proof.

If a “half-breed” infant child exiled to a trailer can become a Fortune 30 leader, you can rewrite your story too.
